John Milligan is a passionate and results-oriented product architect with over 30 years of experience in global product development, regulatory compliance, and sales. He has a proven track record of success in both large and small companies, building and leading high-performing cross-functional teams. John is adept at combining scientific expertise with international business acumen to create innovative and commercially successful products.

•     Deep experience In Product Formulation, Packaging Development, Regulatory Affairs & Compliance across all Personal Care Product categories.

•     Bachelors in Organic Chemistry from University of Manchester

•     John is currently Vice President R&D for The Honey Pot Company but previously has worked for Dollar Shave Club, The Body Shop and a few select contract manufacturers in both the UK and USA
